The room was cozy and stylish with beautiful artwork. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main attractions but away from the busy streets. The manager was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The airport transfer could have been better, as the vehicle used was old and cramped. The room on the ground floor lacked privacy and had a few maintenance issues, such as a torn headboard and holes in the bed cover.

He went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience, organizing transport and trips whenever I needed assistance. The level of service was truly outstanding.
