The room was cozy and stylish with beautiful artwork. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main attractions but away from the busy streets. The manager was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
The airport transfer could have been better, as the vehicle used was old and cramped. The room on the ground floor lacked privacy and had a few maintenance issues, such as a torn headboard and holes in the bed cover.

First of all, let me mention the location of this hotel. It is right in the center, which means you have easy access to all the attractions and hustle-bustle of the city. You can explore the vibrant streets of the city and immerse yourself in the local culture without any hassle.
Luckily, I couldn't find anything negative about this hotel. Everything was excellent, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I chose this riad for my work trip and it provided all the conveniences I needed. The complimentary bottled water and iron/ironing board in the room were a great help. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free.
The only service I missed for my work was a business center or dedicated workspace. It would have been convenient to have a designated area where I could work and have meetings, especially for a business traveler like me.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as a solo female traveler. It was close to the central Medina, so I didn't have to rely on taxis. Secondly, the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had plenty of seating areas to relax in. The staff, especially the female staff, were so lovely and welcoming. Plus, there were some excellent restaurants nearby, meaning I didn't have to venture far for a delicious meal. Lastly, Zack, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience, organizing transport and trips whenever I needed assistance. The level of service was truly outstanding.
There wasn't a single thing I could fault about this hotel. Everything was perfect!

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with all the main attractions within walking distance. It was very close to an open market, and also to Jemaa el Fna square. The breakfast was good and filling, and the service was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with nice amenities such as liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom.
The room lacked privacy since it opened up straight to the courtyard, with less privacy if there were other guests passing by on their way to the salon.

The room at this Moroccan hotel was beautifully decorated and we got great value for our money. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main market, but still away from the crowds. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the sun, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even surprised us with snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, so we always got to try something new.

The room was clean and had comfortable beds; the breakfast was served on time and had a decent variety of food options. The location was great, close to many shops and restaurants.
The noise level was incredibly high and made it difficult to sleep at night. the staff was not very helpful in assisting with local recommendations, and seemed more interested in just getting the job done.

The attention to detail was outstanding, from the well-curated decor to the beautiful terrace with a grand view. The staff truly went above and beyond, making me feel like a valued guest. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling center of the city.
Everything was just perfect, no complaints at all.
